At Cockroachh Janta Party, all our products are made-to-order. This means every item is specially created after you place your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time (India)

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

👉 Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected offers or above certain order value

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India.

⚠️ Important:

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can track your order in real-time

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect address provided

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

    • Re-delivery may be attempted

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • Once production starts, changes are not possible

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered damaged
